I'll be watching the semi first leg somewhere in the Caribbean. Don't ruin my holiday Blades. Everyone enjoy the game

We had nothing to play for and rested a few, but also some strange choices to start/on the bench. I don't really understand some of his decisions. It was a scrappy, error prone and surprisingly open game. We were the better team without really creating many great chances. A draw was probably a fair result in the end.

Davies - 5 - You can argue he should have done better with the goal but it's a miss-hit so harsh. Didn't pick up the Dolan shot either. You'd worry if he was our first choice keeper.
McCallum - 4.5 - Started with a nice bit of skill and then did most other things badly.
Holding - 5 - Didn't look great today and took a silly booking (so he's fitting in well!)
Anel - 6 - Scored the goal and did ok otherwise.
Gilchrist - 5 - He looked rusty and got away with a couple of challenges that on other days would have gone against him. Now Seriki is out, we'll need him.
Souza - 6 - Defended well on a few occasions but his all round game was sloppy.
Peck - 6.5 - Frustrating as he does so much good but also makes a lot of bad decisions. That's an age thing though and he's one of the players who drive us forward.
Hamer - 6 - Missed the best chance (but it was difficult) and put the cross in which led to the goal, but little influence otherwise.
O'Hare - 7 - Man of the match for me. It doesn't always work, but we're a much better team when he's on the pitch. Makes so much happen and really unselfish.
Brooks - 6.5 - He makes a lot of bad decisions and he's inconsistent but he's also really dangerous. Great ball for the Hamer chance and made a couple of other big moments. Has to be one of him and JRS on the pitch at all times.
Cannon - 5 - Had a decent early effort and is linking up much better now. He really needs to start taking some of these chances though.

Subs:

Seriki - 6 - Came on looked lively but it very much seems that his season is over. Looked like a dislocated shoulder to me
Brewster - 6 - He's lively and involved without really producing the end product. Not sure why he's taking our corners and freekicks but let's hope he doesn't fancy a go in goal.
Davies - 5.5 - He does some things really well and then he's slow and sloppy on others. He'll take time to get back up to speed and I think it's wild he's not played more minutes over the last couple of games. He's not going to be match fit for the play-offs.
One - 5.5 - Tried a few things which didn't really come off. A bit clumsy as well.
Burrows - 6 - Makes us look more solid on the left but again I have no idea why we're not resting him and bringing on Boyes instead. Seems a pointless risk.

Wilder - 6 - Meaningless game. I don't think we really showed anything great but it was a decent final game when it's a dead rubber for us.

Can't fault most of that. Their goal deflected off Holding so don't think many keepers are saving that one. There was that nice tip over from the cross-shot in the first half, but overall highlighted just how essential Cooper is.

ive never been so nervous in the last 10 minutes of a dead rubber just tryingto stop blackburn. you wouldve thought our play offs were in jeopardy.

i love the family feel wilder has at the club & how everyone clearly gets on together

Harsh on most of them. Thought we were well worth 3 points today. Very comfortable throughout, but I would like to watch their goal back.
Not sure about myself though: why have I enjoyed ruining Blackburn’s chances of going up so much, particularly when I would have loved to be playing them in the play offs!

Would you want to play a team in the play-offs who have just beaten you? Doesn't sound ideal!

I watched it on TV so saw it back a few times and I suspect Cooper saves it, but as you say it's a deflection and a matter of reactions.

If I was a Rovers fan I’d be gutted about that display. None of their players played with that much commitment, evident by their lack of yellow cards as well.

The only good thing about them was their great support, selling out the away end. I’d be a bit miffed if was travelling back there after that display.

Exactly what o said to my lad: they seemed happy for it to be 0-0.

Could have gone either way today
Sat in the BLUT and Blackburn made loads of noise.

Again, we didn't. GCB to start the match then 25 mins later the kop chanted 'w⚓️' at Blackburn player kop end. G and H woke up towards the end, then the kop.

It's all been a bit low key all season for me. Entitled, bored, I don't know but all a bit sad

Maybe change a beer tap for a nice pot of tea and a scone to fit the atmosphere? Posh jam IF we go up

Fingers crossed for the play offs. Hope for the best & plan for the worst

You sit quite close to me, doesn't it piss you off that the team don't come all the way round to G&H but walk straight down the tunnel?
