Good read...

The comments on “Pre match view from Forest” in a few weeks time will still be about long ball, physicality and having to defend set pieces though.
In fairness we are now a physically strong side and are better at set pieces now

I haven’t seen much of that recently. Think we’ve shown this division what we’re about now, most accept we’re a very good footballing side that always turn up to win.

To be honest, I think the only set of fans that are yet to accept that we’re actually very good is our deluded neighbours.

I think the Forest fans will always associate us with the Warnock years. The comments after the two games last season were not complimentary.

Forest fans are tossers though, right up there on a par with the deluded part of Sheffield
They're thick too, they hate us for calling them scabs so buddy up to our local rivals, who obviously don't call them scabs.
They've even buddied up to BARNSLEY and ROTHERHAM fans in the past when hatred of us was being expressed.

I mean really, if you get offended by being called a scab the last people on earth you'd want to make friends with is BARNSLEY and ROTHERHAM fans

Scary to see the stat that for about the last two thirds of the season we hit relegation form
33 points from 29 matches! I don't remember it being that bad.

Just came across this whilst googling something else. Assumed it would already be on here.

Good write up but why Paddy gets a mention I don't know.

This is another one of those articles that gets you feeling all optimistic about our chances this season..... Damn them all!!!

Repeat this mantra to yourself, "We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs, We'll do well to get in the play-offs........................

Not pretending it was great form, but it would still have been enough for 17th / 18th (about where Forest finished) pro-rated our for the whole season - 12 points clear of relegation :)

Phew! Thanks Beansy, I'll sleep better tonight for that ;)
Can't see us slipping away like that this year though.....hopefully!

Yeah but they still think Brian and Peter are still alive.
