Yeah…..unbelievable….. tells me that that Piggy guy Wiggy has been given a bollocking if he’s leaked this!! And told to keep stun for a while. This is exactly why the inclusion of a Wednesday fan as part of the Administration Team becomes a massive conflict of interest.“ Wednesday’s administrators Begbies Traynor declined to respond.”
What? You can’t keep him out of the limelight normally!
Its like a leaky sieve at SWFC at the moment. How they are going to deal with the EFL confidentiality requirements should they get to preferred bidder status and start the O and D process will be interesting. Thats not even accounting for clauses that will be built into an SPA.“ Wednesday’s administrators Begbies Traynor declined to respond.”

Fantastic post….. 100% they need putting back in their box and reminding of their role & the rules on this.Its like a leaky sieve at SWFC at the moment. How they are going to deal with the EFL confidentiality requirements should they get to preferred bidder status and start the O and D process will be interesting. Thats not even accounting for clauses that will be built into an SPA.
This is what happens when you appoint a firm of administrators who specialise in public relations. We are not even at the NDA stage and due diligence and the media are having open season on telling the wider public what is taking place.
Mr Wigfield would be best heeding the following advice if he wants the smooth transition he currently implies will happen;
The EFL insists on strict confidentiality during a club's sale to prevent market manipulation, protect sensitive club information, ensure potential owners pass the Owners' and Directors' Test, and maintain a smooth transition without undue influence on staff, players, or fan sentiment. This secrecy helps prevent potential buyers from using the negotiation process to their advantage or causing instability before a sale is complete.

Is this really being spoken about or just bull.
He’s probably finishing off all the other interviews he has lined up first.“ Wednesday’s administrators Begbies Traynor declined to respond.”

Disgrace if true and shows how out of touch they are about the culture of not only this club but this city, the silence continues to be deafening… o do hope that the rumours that they are looking to sell are true…. Get them out.
If a team with Sydie Peck and Barry the Bald Goblin in midfield managed to qualify for the Champions League I’d go out of sheer morbid curiosity.Also put it this way if this merged team was playing Barcelona in a Champions league game then of course I’d be going….and probably 60,000 other Sheffielders too.
January transfer window will say lots about their intentionsEver thought the silence from our owners is because there’s nothing to report.
Daft as it sounds I’m hoping the rumours were true because it shows they’re highly ambitious and have plenty of money.
They’ve been spending pretty big so far fully supporting Wilder and didn’t sell our best players (Hamer and Cooper). So it appears we need them to stay.
However their continued silence (even when buying the club) doesn’t exactly breed confidence and we still don’t know their long term plans or intentions.
You're definitely the sij version on here..bet you're a right laugh at partiesAs usual no one was laughing.
It did keep them from sleeping well though . Little trotters pacing their pig pens with nightmares of the Blades taking them over.I think the issue is that even without the fact that they couldn't legally do it - if they even allegedly enquired then it's a worrying sign
