Given our performances this season and good attendances we have to be an attractive proposition for any new recruits.

We don’t need to sell fleck, we need to buy someone to compete for his place. Yes he’s not been as good recently but to be fair neither have a lot of the players

Rather than thinking about selling him the focus should be on getting competition for his spot.

All "great" teams have a shelf life of 3 or maybe 4 years before it needs refreshing. With the opportunity to remodel the Club for years to come now out of our hands, it's inevitable we will see the break up of the team we've loved, including probably all of the Holy Trinity.

Been off the boil all season to be honest, bar the odd game.

Not sure if it’s because the majority of our attacks go via Norwood from deep, or if there’s something else, but he needs to get himself in the game on a much more regular basis (we know he’s more than capable).

Not sure about selling him but we definitely need someone who can push him for a place in the starting line up. Someone who can maybe score a few goals a season would be nice. Olivier Ntcham of Celtic springs to mind, probably out of our price range though.

Flecks definitely not been at his best. But I don't think it's a coincidence that his downturn has been accompanied by a slight dip in Norwoods form IMO.

It feels like we've been a little more direct with Norwood dropping very deep to ping it as S64 has said, its bypassing Fleck and it's asking him to play a different kind of game to the style he's excelled in the last 2 & 1/2 years.

Fingers crossed that Villa can beat Leeds. I think that's the best shot we have of the PL if we can scrape some results.

We seem to be getting a few injuries and suspensions, just at the wrong time, having managed to avoid them for most of the season.

Let’s not throw the baby out with the bath water. I’m sure if Wilder had a suitable replacement for Fleck I’m sure he would have dropped him. But Fleck yesterday showed us what he can do when he goes forward and attacks the oppositions penalty box. Unfortunately with Norwood inexplicably playing so deep, Fleck has to hold his position in the middle of the park which restricts he game massively. When Coutts used to boss the middle it allowed both Fleck and Duffy maraud forward.
