Who will be renewing next season and who will not, and what is the thinking behind your decision.

I've got every excuse not to renew as I can't get every week because of work, and I could also throw in the excuse that the football is dire, but I will be renewing as I have done every season for the past 13 seasons, and will also be renewing my lads season ticket.

The only time I did'nt renew was the first season of the current League One saga. I ended up missing just one home match!

It seems that every year I go through the following thought /action process:

Mid-way through season: 'this is shit, I'm not renewing next season'
Renewal time: 'well, we are still in with a shout of promotion, maybe I'll renew, I'll leave it a few weeks'
Last day of renewal period: 'Oh fuck it, it can only get better next season' Renew.

As said before, what else is there to do on a Saturday?

Had a season ticket for 25 years before a combination of finances and falling out with watching United saw me go 3 seasons without one. Had one back along with the Mrs, daughter and her boyfriend now for the last 4 years and despite the crap we have to endure I love going to the lane with my family and won't be lapsing again. For those thinking of packing it in, don't! ....... Saturday's just aren't the same without watching those red and white stripes

It's weird, when I went to every game I didn't think about united much when it wasn't match day.
They actually take more of my time up now I attend less matches,
by "time" I just mean pissing and moaning of forums and social networks, but still.

It will take concrete evidence of change for me to renew.

ST holder but undecided. If it's still the same in april whats the point? Will we just renewing in hope that we actually build a half decent squad?

Where's the option for supporting a non league club but posting on a league club's forum desperately trying to be popular?

I won't be renewing, but that decision was made before this season even started. I have plans that quite honestly, I put above football.

I actually had a laugh at that. Nail --> head. This Jonny character is obviously low on friends to be obsessively licking the arse of posters on the forum of a football team he doesn't even support!

Renewing

But we're switching to the South Stand next season to get away from the annoying whiny cunt behind us. Only basic social skills and adherence to the law prevent me from emptying my red hot Bovril over his fucking head most home games.
I can't promise that the South Stand is free of similar types. Good luck.

I'll be renewing mine and sons

I can only offer the following explanation. It's like an addiction, if you don't get your fix you get withdraw symptoms, if you renew you find that ultimately it's unfulfilling and doesn't satisfy your addiction. So a classic catch 22.

FFS McCabe, don't sack Adkins until after the season ticket renewal deadline or we will have this whinging wanker in the ground.

It's bad enough seeing 100% negative posts on here. God knows what you'd do if we were really really shit with bells on.

Renewing, without hesitation. I sit in the Kop with my dad and his mate. Good view, but ever so partially obscured by one of the stand supports. So I may attempt to convince Auld Papa Damski to change to somewhere more central, but he does rather like things the way they are. He has a relationship with the bloke behind him which is based entirely on him turning round and high-fiving him whenever we score. Love bantering with the lads sat around us as well, but if I'm paying ~£350 for a season ticket I want a better view this time.

I live in London, work in a bar, spend a lot of money coming up north and have missed about 3 home league games so far, so there's no excuse from you lot, is there. Just renew, you miserable sods. What you gonna do on a Saturday instead? Pick out ridiculously-named impractical chairs at Ikea with the Mrs?

he won't remember come May whether he's bought one or not. Could be another bargain for some figment of his imagination.

Well the side nearest the Kop has the less mentally unbalanced supporters generally speaking, so hopefully I'll get lucky.

Actually it might be me who ends up being the annoying whiny cunt by comparison

They can suck a dick to be honest if they think I'm watching us making a pig's ear of the 3rd division for another season. Got better things to do on a Saturday.
