When do the match-day ticket prices get revealed?
Most probably after the early bird has finished and closer to the start of next season. That's the risk you take

The official site says a £305 season ticket on The Kop is worth EIGHT free matches against match day ticket prices.
By my reckoning that means match day tickets must be around £20.33 per match (i.e. 15 * 20.33 = 305)
I suppose it depends if they have different match categories or not too?

In the past when I've worked it out a season ticket has only been worth around 4 or 5 "free" matches, not 8.

Love the salesman video by NC. He looked really comfortable. great laugh at 1.04 in:D.

So nowt in it for us long term season ticket holders, good news for lapsed season ticket holders who jumped on the wembley bandwagon and we all get our names in a book.

Best get renewing.
This. Still, I get to be in a big book.

Woohoo.

Existing STH prices are £30 cheaper than someone renewing - what exactly were you expecting, handjobs in the toilets at halftime?

My one year season ticket boycott is over. I only missed two home league games this season in the end though.

From the depths of seeing Wanker Weir get 2 points from 6 games to seeing a Nigel side only defeated 3 times in 20 games.

From the ridiculous to the sublime.

Anyway, my love for the Blades is restored.

I'm impressed that someone who turned down a season ticket would voluntarily watch so much shite at what would have been a higher overall price. :)

It was partly an experiment to see whether I did need a season ticket or not. The shite was pretty much exclusively the Weir era and in fact 3 of the 6 Weir games I watched were away from home. Genuinely, I was close to packing it all in as I was so disillusioned with what we were presented with. I thought no new manager could save the club, we were in terminal decline.

However, in the end I saw 12 wins, 8 draws and 7 defeats (four of which were Weir's). So, not so much shite in the end.

If Nigel hadn't have turned up, I wouldn't have the spent the money. He's our saviour, I'm telling you ;)

Bored now...

Walsall have their most expensive adult tickets at £410 and seem pretty comparable to us: Wallsall: http://www.saddlers.co.uk/tickets/season-tickets/

That looks to me like our cheapest adult season ticket is cheaper than 4 out of the 6 clubs we're comparing with. It's only our highest priced ticket which is relatively expensive. Personally, I prefer that to just charging the same amount (or nearly the same amount) for the whole ground. Provide better facilities for those able and prepared to pay for it, but also give a low cost option for those on a tight budget. Sounds like a fair and financially sensible approach to me.

Yep, £305 for a season ticket and less than £400 with the kids. It's a bargain.

Thanks SUFC.

:)That's my Grandson in the picture on the main site, I will not tell you which one I am, as they have not taken my best side :( Wonder if I claim image rights, I can get us free season tickets!

£450 Family package for adult and child on John Street with an extra £30 for an additional child.
Really happy with that.

Isn't the "Fam Enc Only" the corner between John St & Kop ?
Not nit picking - considering getting tickets for me & the boy as a "Returning Fan" and undecided where to go - would probably prefer John St but looks like a £515 bill for me.
Cheers

I've already got my name on a brick..

...the prices never look that bad as long as you can afford them, I am in the fortunate position where I can, but I fully understand that times ain't easy so it is a slight shame we couldn't have funded a slight price reduction, but it could have been worse.

I for the life of me can't understand what the reason is for the delay in announcing the prices.Iv'e spoke to a few people who have ST and they say theres hardly any difference what so ever in the prices.

Its really strange to me this one,for me there has to be a reason for them delaying in giving the prices out and i for one have not got a clue what that is.I'd love it if someone could shed some light on it.

As for the prices, the early bird ones for me and the lad who's 9 ,as a first time ST holder how much would it cost me,as i'm not too sure on the chart you gave foxy, would i be the returning fans with the star at the side or the new supporters one

This thread, and the comment by you have wound me off the clock, why don't you read the OS, and its not just you Wizadry, theres many.

The club have in huge letters and thought said that they delayed the release of season tickets details due to the sheer amount of cash we've had to absorb due to so many matches in the last few months, including an expensive trip to wembley, can i ask you Wizadry are you under 5? can't you read?

then theres Linz, S24SU answer to Beightonblades on Bladesmad, you are the single most negative, anti club person ever to grace this board, if you can't moan you don't post, you are a disgrace to this board.

As for many others on this thread, i suggest you read the official site season ticket release post, and when you are fully familiar with everything about it then start to post on here, because some of the questions that are being asked on this thread, and some of the debate, and some of the "KNOCK THE CLUB" is simply diabolical.

Im 58 years of age and i can understand what I'm reading and seeing, god knows that perhaps 99% of this board are under 3's.

Are you serious?
That is such a gross insult to the woman

Whoops. You might want to recant some of that statement.
