Is it proper ITK when you actually see a player at our ground?

I thought ITK was reserved for cloak and dagger and whispers on street corners?

That said I wouldn’t recognise Scott Hogan unless he was carrying a colour photo of the latest image of him on football websites!

could easily be our best JTW ever, £ 18 mill strikers in Madine and Hogan completely out of reach lined up for the run in. Dowell can only get better. Keep Fleck or get enough to bring in Woods from Stoke as replacement. The position we are in makes it impossible not to have a real go at direct promotion. Still one game at the time, Bolton next look in a poor state. Happy days.
 
Come on Scott, don't let me down after I stuck my neck on the line 'suggesting' you. We've gone from sharp/Clarke/donaldson/ then either wilson/lavery and Evans. To sharp/mcg/madine/Hogan and Washington in the space of a year. That's a steady upgrade.

I just checked with the Minister for Football Forums, and under current UK law, you can technically be classed as ITK, because you know you saw a player at our ground, but only if you are telling the truth. Whether this would hold up in the European Court of Human Rights, I am not sure.
 
Regardless of what you think of our current ownership issues they've backed Wilder in this JTW - We will be paying a decent amount of Hogan and Madine's wages.

Two seasons ago: Hanson / Carruthers / Jay O'shea?
One year ago: Wilson / Holmes / Leonard
This season: Dowell / Hogan and Madine

I have no doubt that we're going up under Wilder even if its not this season

That was amended by the Football In the Know Information Act 2017, promoted by Maxwell Maxster-Magic M.P. It now applies only if you were told by a “notification person” that they’d seen a player at the training ground.

In Schedule 5 of the Act “notification person” is deemed to include a groundsman, a coach (football or diesel), a dog-walker, an Academy assistant and a physician (provided he is there and then conducting a medical examination).

It’s not straight forward at all this ITK. I think we ought to draft a protocol.
 
Good signing, if a bit odd.

Is he cover for Billy?
Is he a starter? He is on big wages to be a squad player
Is he fit?
Why can’t he get in at a team 7 places below us?

I do rate this signing, but there are valid questions to be answered.
 
If we keep everyone here and sign Hogan, great window. It’s a signing that gives us so many options. We usually play Duffy in behind Sharp and Goldie but we can now look at so many combinations depending on who we play against. The four strikers offer everything.

Power: Madine
Finishing: Sharp
Pace: Hogan
Link up play: Goldie

We can easily change shape too now during games. Imagine Duffy, Dowell and Goldie in a 3 behind Sharp. He’d fill his boots.
 

Our front line options of Sharp Dids Madine and Hogan, genuinely has me excited for the run in.

I’ll give Hogan a few games to bed in, but this REALLY could be the cherry on the bun. On his day, and in our side, he is a faster version of Sharp. In my opinion, this is no bad thing ;):).

Difficult to see where Washington fits in and im sure Leon must be off anyway.

Gives us LOADS of different permutations up top, and I’d suggest this is the best offensive line up we have had in yonks.

My only request is that Tufty does not fall in to the trap of thinking that one of the permutations available to him IS NOT Bill and Hulk. It most definitely is (not all the time of course) and, IMHO, an explosive one that could destroy any side in the division.

I’m a giddy boy toneet :).
