I think this is perhaps the most true thing posted for a while on here.

For all the peeps saying he might be the best ever owner. I interpret he just doesn't care anymore. He just wants to sell us hence why he's happy to sell to anyone if the offer is high enough.

Once dozy bid fails he might accept an offer from Gary glitter.

It was only 4 weeks ago.
Berge was a Rolls Royce and many were predicting he'd be sold because the club lack ambition.
The fanbase said we must keep N'Diaye and Berge if want auto promotion...sell either of them and it's goodbye the Premier league.
There's a pattern...when ever we show ambition it always backfires.

If it's repeated that often then surely that's saying something? If he wasn't so inconsistent then we wouldn't keep having these polar opposite views. This is what is annoying people. He's a £20mil midfielder who is good one game, totally anonymous the next. He was the same in the Premier League and he has been in the Championship. He doesn't look like what we paid and we certainly haven't had bang for our bucks. McBurnie looked over priced but at least he's contributing every week now and earning his wages.

If we go up or stay down, I'd sell him as we can't keep carrying an ineffective "luxury" who doesn't offer anything consistently. Cash in before he walks for free at the end of next season. He's been with us for three and a half seasons and what's been his overall legacy and output? What stories will you tell your kids/grandkids about him in 20 years? I don't hate Berge, I just don't rate him and wished we'd never signed him.

Regarding Berge - wait til we play Spurs. His class will show then.

Egan - he needs a haircut. Once he’s had his ears lowered he will play much better for sure.

The main problem - look at our squad. Who have we got to replace the two above or any of the others for that matter? Compare that with Boro who bring an athletic Brooks on in the last ten minutes for example. We don’t have a good enough squad to cope with injuries such as Anels today.

Berge was consistently very good at the end of last season when played in an advanced position. Since we've played him advanced in one game then deeper in the next.

It's not rocket science why we're not getting the best out of him.

You can''t sell someone who will refuse to sign for anyone you agree a deal with.

We all know he will be leaving on a free at the end of his current contract.

That is the reason he wasn't sold in January.

He’s not cut out for English football and we should cut our losses.

Big moment that. We had momentum and looked like the team who’d go on and win it. That all then shifted when Berge did a lethargic bit (makes me tired just watching him) and Norwood messed the cross up.
