Campbell and Burrows are 2 players that have performed shit compared to last season and wilder can shoulder some blame for picking him, mccallum should have started

If players aren't fit enough they need to address the inherent shambles at the club that is beyond parody.

Absolute liability as a defender. Never stops the cross, never wins a header, goes into 50/50 tackles without conviction and looks scared of contact. It’s an obvious weak link that’s being exploited every time he plays. Need a better LB in January.

Correct, you forgot his idea of marking someone or closing them down is ten metres away!!.....Stoke knew this and everything was aimed at him, he's a liability and needs moving on....Mcallum is a much better player in that position,

Could we use Burrows has a left winger to compete with Hamer/Ohare and bring in a more solid left back to compete with McCallum? That way we dont need to look at strengthen left wing, that would just allow us to focus on RB, RW & CM.

There is nothing stopping this kid from being a premier league level player except his mentality
He is obviously in a ditch in his development ( maybe the disallowed goal or something he can't get over )and if he can climb out of it and start playing like someone who wants to be the absolute best he can be he will be a top player .

Both Cooper and Burrows are good players having bad seasons. I thought both were poor again last night.
We don’t have much choice but to persevere with Cooper until January at least. But we can and should start McCallum while Burrows is in this bad spell of form.

I don’t think so. He doesn’t possess the technical ability of either Hamer or O’Hare and how often have we ever seen him go past a player. He’s not quick, physically or mentally and he rarely wins challenges. I think he’s a wingback, and if we are playing with a back 4 there isn’t a place for him.

I dont think you have to be that technical to be a winger though (i do think hes got some technical ability) and wasnt he a winger at Peterborough that was converted into a full back?

He possess a good left foot, with great crossing, shooting ability & can also pass ball.

You dont need to be tricky to go past players, simple 1 two / triangle football gets you pass players. We see him regularly getting space down side using this from. He does get in some good attacking positions at left back as it is.

I agree regarding physicality & not winning challenges & there is a question mark over mentality.

He'd be a good fit in your typical Norwich team, or something like that
