I'd be more pleased with signing Carruthers than I was hearing about George Willams, even if they are different players.
Been told today by a good informed chezzie mate that George Williams is being lined up to replace ched not saying hes coming here but certain to leave chezzy to raise cash

If we sign Carruthers it's a perfect example of how being top of the league can influence your transfer window.

Everything would point to a move to Charlton otherwise - location, ex manager and decent wages. But in the position we're in it will be hard for him to turn us down.

It'll be funny if we get one over on Karl Robinson too after the way he fucked us about with McFadzean.

3rd Samir Ive heard of after Nasri ,and Dierdries bit on corra.

Is he the guy who got taken off injured at our place earlier this season? Very impressed with him that day if it is

Yes I thoght he was very good. I wrote this on the match : 'Thought Carruthers played well and looked a threat before he went off.'

A good athlete, quite quick and decent on the ball but played centrally. Gives us some pace though. Will be interesting competition with Fleck, Coutts, Duffy in there.

Still need a striker for me and a centre back depending on EEL situation. Probably a pacy winger too.

I was also impressed with him at the Lane and was relieved to see him go off. Thought that did us a big favour. MK have some good players

Yes i thought they were certainties for the top 6 - mind you I also thought that about Millwall and Charlton. The latter 2 seem to be coming good lately though.

Just watched this on you tube and he seems to be good at pressing, keeps it simple, can run with the ball and likes to leave his foot in! Xeems to have a touch of petulance too.

He doesn't seem to be an attacking mid based on where he gets the ball - usually deep. I would guess he's competition for Coutts and Fleck. At 23 he's at a decent age and no doubt hungry to move on to the next level with MK looking distinctively average at the minute.

Seems a committed player if a little reckless at times

Good player and always impresses me when we play them but doesn't solve the goals from midfield issue

Another thing to add is that if we sign him it's highly likely that he was our first choice target for that position.

Signing him at this very early stage of the window while being linked with so many other midfielders would suggest very little else.

Sky seem to always be the slowest, do you reckon their 'journolists' just check social media

Looked decent against us earlier, was only saying on here the other day that maybe Fleck and Coutts need the spark of more competition in the central role.

This, the Winger and the striker cover for Sharp and we are on the way this season.
