Anyone know anything about this kid? Apparently he's signed a new contract and he's only 15.
Link to some of his goals:

Bit old ;)

I came across his name last summer when a BLADES Under 15/16 team played in the Foyle Cup in Ireland. An Ireland based Blade posted reports on the games and he scored from memory 9 goals in 6 games.

I have noticed that several other members of that team have been around the Under 18,s this season including Joe Allerton, Capello and Dewhurst.

This is the same competition, I think, that the successful youth team of Maguire, Whitehouse, Kennedy etc played. They reached the Final only to be beaten By Manchester United, which of course was repeated a couple of years later in the FA Youth Cup Final.

I can tell you now, thanks to a phenomenon called the 'De Girolamo conjecture' that Capello will be a world beater, while Allerton and Dewhurst will never make the grade. And what is more, I can do so without having seen any of them play.

one trick pony with his 40yard lob the keeper when he's off the line speciality

Kevin Capewell changed his name and more than likely qualifies for Italy because he likes Pizza.

He has been offered his scholarship when he turns 16 years old. I hope he does tap ins as well !!

Good luck to the young lad.

The Danger is the club see this as fantastic and to a point it is. But it's also bloody ridiculous how little the academy success relates to our first team success. We are in danger of becoming like Crewe a conveyor belt of talent for others to steal. Hopefully this will change as Tufty leads us to back to back promotions.

Think Allerton has been released so your half way there ;)

It was actually the Milk Cup the Foyle Cup is the week before, but he looked a tidy player, certainly knows where the goal is but also links up well and brings other players into the game. Not surprised some of the other lads have pushed on they certainly had potential. They failed to reach the final as they came up against County Derry who weren't technically as good as the Blades but were a bigger unit and we got out muscled, this is a reoccurring theme while watching the Blades play in the Foyle and Milk Cup technically good but small and lightweight, hopefully they will be fed prime steak and bulk up.
