Theoretically maybe, but show me an area of the ground where I can get our 4 season tickets together.

They’ll be able to shift you somewhere else. If they can manage it at clubs that sell out every week, they can do it at BDTBL.

Not convinced they would do that reasonably satisfactorily. Look what happened to Deadbat (and others) at the start of the first PL season. Don't get me wrong, we're in John St so it probably won't affect us, but for anyone that it did, they could be forced to move stands.
I really don't like SS or Kop much, only Upper Tier and Westfield would be acceptable as a replacement, and Upper Tier don't do STs.

You can't even see anything whilst sat down in that area

Only at the wonderful Bramall Lane can a stand be built in modern times that has two thirds restricted view seats

Don't be silly, for a start if they had had seating there wouldn't have had fencing, and that's what caused the trouble.....

Won't be standing behind a seating section I wouldn't expect going on safe standing areas in Europe, will be a lower section on whatever stand down to pitch level.

Probably the best option as a starter. Limited capacity because it's small (also means less spent on installation), not many sit there so easier to reseat any that do and it'd ease the overcrowding on the back rows of the Kop.

I genuinely don't even know where the entrance/turnstile is for that stand.

Sat in there a long long time ago just after it was built you used to go in through John street and then there’s an internal set of steps up into the corner. So you use John street toilets and facilities. Which might be the impediment to using it for safe standing as it would compromise the family friendly element of the stand

That disappeared long ago when all the kids in there grew up and never relinquished their tickets No different to the South really these days.

The family friendly element is already ruined tbh. Some right louts on there. Fighting in the concourse etc.

Ah fair enough not been in for years moved onto the kop with my dad in my early teens.

I haven’t seen any media on this, but is there a potential local councils will get a say on whether their clubs can partake? I’m sure the SAG will interfere given half a chance.

Safe standing is fabulous. I've experienced it abroad and loved it! Much improved atmosphere and I once read that you live longer standing rather than sitting for long periods...
