I'm confused. You say the squad is top 6 minimum and yet we were in the top 6 before today.

We have zero senior strikers fit. We have our 2nd choice RWB who has been out injured and playing his first game in weeks. A LCB who is playing his first game in weeks, who has been regularly absent. We have a LM who has been injured. We are playing a kid who had a decent spell in league 1 who can't seem to fit into our system as the only vaguely recognised striker. Players have been away so no chance to train him into the system properly.

Do you honestly think the squad we put out today was top 6? If you do, you're certifiable.

I go home and away, I’m on holiday at the moment so haven’t been today… Also, I haven’t had a drink before people try and make those usual digs. But we can’t be happy with this? I get where we were under Slav and that we have improved our league position, but I am basing this reaction purely on performances over the last two months. We aren’t going up this season. No, generally not, but there are mitigating factors of:

Having a poor and disjointed squad to begin with
No money to spend
Having to play the covid catch-up games
Having all the injuries

I think, considering, PH has done a good job. We may or may not finish top 6. You will note that most of our remaining games are home games, for a start, but he's done well enough since taking over regardless

I'm not quite sure what you seem to expect but it seems in no way realistic given the season we've had.

The best teams can switch in a game when its going wrong - But for that to happen you need a tactically astute manager and players to deploy that change

Read what I wrote. Every team has injuries...all season long....that's football...and when u rely on mid 30s strikers (Didzy and Sharp) and unprofessional pissheads youd better believe you will get injuries.

Forest have had 2 of their back four out for 2 months. Bournemouth have had Lewis Cook, David Brooks and Kieffer Moore out for months etc etc.

You have to deal with it and get on with the game

Oh my days, what a vainglorious load of cobblers. Tell you what, my honest view is that we won’t get through the playoffs, and if we did, it could be embarrassing as we are a long way off being a PL club. However, we are, potentially, in a great position to jettison the dross and recruit in the summer so that we are in a good position to go again next season. Hecky will get us there.
