If the OP thinks Roy's views from are negative, what does that mean for all the other threads on here. Some of these are very negative about McBurnie and others.
Roy's is generally informative in that it gives us access to outsiders views of our club and players. It's generally an interesting and entertaining thread.
As for players reading negative stuff.
It's a fans forum. Fans are fans and say what is on their mind much like what they say at the match. If players are reading the fans forums to be reassured about their self worth then they are looking in the wrong place.

In sure Andrew/ Roygbiv will find it mad, but 'The View From' s have definitely become an intrinsic part of my match 'day' ritual. On the odd occasion where one's been late or not happened (once I can think of) it doesn't feel like l can move onto the next game. The same goes for Beans and the Podcast.

Perhaps it's part of being a Blade living overseas, but this stuff does nothing but enrich the fan experience. 10/10, would recommend.
