Sheffield United boss Neil Warnock is believed to be considering a £500,000 move for Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Rohan Ricketts.
Reports claim that Warnock has been impressed by the 23-year-old's speed and creativity, and is willing to add him to his squad for the forthcoming Premiership campaign.

So any one have any veiws On Rohan
Saw him have a few subs apperances for Spurs a few years back and didn't seem too bad, but never really noticed him when Wolves played us(if he played:confused: )

He was by far the best player on the pitch when we played Wolves away last year on the last game of the season.

Not heard or seen much of him since though.

Rohan Ricketts is training with Sheffield United following his release from MLS club Toronto FC. Ricketts, who was compared to David Beckham by the Canadian faithful but returned to the UK for personal reasons, had a spell with South Yorkshire rivals Barnsley before taking a chance in the land of Due South.

He is able to play anywhere across midfield and would provide an alternative to the hitherto disappointing Kyel Reid. Ricketts claims that he modelled his game on Ronaldinho, so expect to see some silky samba skills in S4 any time soon.

How old is Ricketts is it the old one??

Ricketts would be 26 now . He possesses a good work ethic,He is a good crosser of the ball and was able to play on both the right and left sides of the midfield last season.
Ricketts began the 2009 season as a starter, but soon lost his place and never seemed to be fully on the road back.
He started in 27 games for TFC one of those as a sub, scored 4 goals and 4 assists although he scored his 4 goals in two games. Two goals came in his last game for TFC .
I can't remember him being compared to Beckham in Toronto his agent must have made that one up.
Not good enough for MLS not good enough for the Blades!
