He's a good guy to have in your squad, especially at this level. He was brought in as cheap, experienced back-up and that's what he should be. But if he's starting every week in a back 4, it's going to be a problem, and we knew that before the season began.

He is a trier, brilliant character and leader and actually pretty decent (upper Championship standard) virtually every game.
Not surprised our fans like him because he has a never say die character.

However he regularly makes 1 or 2 little mistakes most games.
In the Championship you generally aren't punished, in the PL you are punished for even small errors.

Also as we know every 15 games, he'll make a blunder gifting the opposition a goal.
Overall he's decent at this level but no where near PL standard.
