Yes, his brother is Andy who used to work with my old school chum Conal Grant (a Wendy fan who was a Blade in the early 1970s) who sadly passed away in late 2023

Anyone who’s been away in the last 35 years will have seen Paul, a fabulous man who lived for the Blades. So sad for Joanne who was by his side most of the time home and away.
When we have these claps on various minutes for people we have no idea about I hope we can honour a true blade next weekend because he will be missed.
Rest in peace Paul with your mate Spencer (Shred) and your brilliant dad George.

I think Daws used to travel on Shreds coach back in the day

He did until Shred's demise and always got the same pick up and drop off as David with them both living in Intake. Both gone along with others who enjoyed those magic coach trips.If Blogs existed way back Ball_Sup (Phil) blogs on Shred's tours would have featured heavily with Paul.
