I don't work for the Council Sitters, nearly as bad though! I'm sure your Grandad did his fair share of complaining in his time! If you dont point these things out, be it a ticket with a restricted view, a dodgy steak in a restraunt or a bad pint of ale, people do nowt about it and carry on regardless. Or should we just put up and shut up?
Linz, I am sure you are right. The fact that the club responded so quickly and offered a full refund, (which again I didn't take!) suggests that they were fully aware that the seats offer a restricted view but they sell them anyway hoping that they don't get a "jobsworth" (there you go Sitters!) like me complaining!
