Reply from Mr McCabe

In my role as grumpy old man I wrote to Mr McCabe expressing my concerns about the current manager. here is the response. I am grateful for a reply

'Thanks for your e-mail of 8th October.

I appreciate your concern as we are all frustrated and disappointed at the start to our season but I have little doubt that Bryan Robson and Brian Kidd are the duo who will get it right with success coming on the field in the weeks ahead. As a Club that has come so far in the last few years, transforming itself from an old fashioned organisation into one that is much admired within the world of football we must all stick together and give support at a difficult time.

Your comments do not fall on deaf ears but as someone who was with United in the mid 90’s when it was “chop and change” and self created panic, my efforts of support and motivation rest with the management team to help them not demotivate them.

Keep up your support for the Blades.

Of course its a copy and paste and I didnt expect anything else, but it allowed me to voice my concern and to quote 'do not fallen on deaf ears'.

It was cathartic for me as I really do feel very pessimistic at the moment about the managment at the lane.

Still another international Saturday looms and I must away to think of a valid reason for not going shopping with my wife.

Mr McCabe is very good at personally replying to queries/letters, this one may not be, but more often than not you recieve a personal response which is written by Kevin himself.

I don't doubt he is Foxy, but this looks like one that might be. It would be interesting to see if anyone else has wrote a letter in and see the response they got....?

Mr McCabe is very good at personally replying to queries/letters, this one may not be, but more often than not you recieve a personal response which is written by Kevin himself.

This is true when i have wrote to McCabe in the past (Hand written to let him know i'm serious) He has always written a personal response but the past few times its normally taken a few weeks as its been sent from Brussels.
I have recently sent him a letter & 4 a4 page bullet reasons why Robson is neither suitable for the job or club, i expect the same keep your chin up response but hopefully it will make him think it was a cracking letter though, somthing to do when your ill i suppose ... moan moan moan moan moan lol
