No non this why the recruitment strategy is crap.....falling for the old illogical ...because.he's Championship standard therefore he must be good, motivated, fit. athletic ; lives not far from commutable Sheffield (apart from London boys).......we need young up and coming hungry and ambitious players from League 1 & 2 MAINLY you are desperate their current clubs want to hold onto because they are good and fit the above profile. Think we don't want rejects and discards we want players other clubs are after and then pinch them for BL
