I don’t begrudge any player wanting to better themselves , once it’s done in a professional mannerWhen did we turn to this sour fan base?
We hate all players and we moan at every loss. We have become that fan base. It’s sad to see.
ExactlyI would expect a GK at Arsenal to be that far down the ranking though, simply because Arsenal will concede less shots than most anyway.
I don't begrudge him getting the move to Arsenal. It was the way he went about it.Well, I like Ramsdale
Seems to me that some on here don't like players with that bit of cocky arrogance about them, but I like some of that in a player. Same with McBurnie.
Obviously you can take it too far and turn into Moose (who I also liked, up to a point), but don't think Rammers is in that bracket. Seems a decent guy to me.
And who among us wouldn't have wanted the move to Arsenal, in his shoes? Leaving Bladey Bladeness out of it?
All I care about is the fact that Arsenal beat Everton and keeps us above the dotted line for a bit longer.
Ramsdale played one full season for us and for two thirds of that, he was crap
That's one thing to admire about Arteta, he's a winner and not afraid to make big decisions. At the end of last season most would have thought that Ramsdale was one of the least of Arsenal's worries. However he obviously saw something in him that made him think we will not beat City to the title with Ramsdale in net so he's made him the best back up in the PLHis old man was on talksport this morning talking about Ramsdale being dropped for Arsenal. Don't really have much sympathy myself.
The problem for Arsenal and Arteta is that he's replaced Ramsdale with someone who's no better. Raya has been directly at fault for a number of goals already and has to be one of the most overrated goalkeepers in the Premier League. That's one thing to admire about Arteta, he's a winner and not afraid to make big decisions. AHH but if Pep plays tippy tappy out from the back then the apprentice will want to do the same. That said totally agree with your point however it's all about pissing about with it at the back because Pep does. The problem for Arsenal and Arteta is that he's replaced Ramsdale with someone who's no better. They brought him in because of his distribution (as 71Blade mentioned). However, one of Ramsdale's primary attributes, as highlighted on many programs last season is his distribution. Seems like a very strange move by Pep mkII.The problem for Arsenal and Arteta is that he's replaced Ramsdale with someone who's no better. Pehaps Mr Duffy can give him the SP on thisI hold no grudge over Ramsdale. We got a good price and it's not his fault we got Olsen in to replace him.
That said I can't see what positive there is to gain by his dad doing this? I hope it's to get a sale going which will help us but I don't dislike him in any way.
