I think I'm right in saying only ITV have the rights for the FA Cup, anyone know how I can watch our three great goals?

They are now on BladesPlayer.

So maybe ITV will chuck them up soon, if not, maybe shown in the Liverpool coverage tonight?

Just seen them.

Three really good goals.

I either read on here or in a report that Monty's ball in for the first was lucky but I disagree, at times Monty's passing ability can really be very accurate (don't piss yourself, it's true, sometimes). It was a great ball by him and a wonderful finish which gave Cerny no chance.

Credit to Quinn for the second, a really good ball which split QPR apart and a good finish from Ward although If we conceded that I'd be a bit cross with the keeper as the ball went under him.

Great counter attacking football for the third goal, good cross from Ward and the finish seemed to be a bit lucky by Cresswell but he had to be there.

Chedders probably had too much time for his chance in the first half, hit it well enough but an experienced calm striker would have tucked it away.

Geary did very well to clear off the line in the first half and we couldn't do anything about either QPR goal, although had it not been for Bunn making a great save very late on QPR would have luckily took it into extra time.

Very surprised by the amount of fans there from SUFC, probably a trick of the camara but looks like a very good backing. Well done Blades.

I love Monty more than any straight man should, but for some reason the words "monkeys" and "typewriters" spring to mind.

:)

I've just watched them and thought we looked quite good! I also thought Cresswell took his goal well.

Jeez. Someone get Bergen over to sort out that defending! You'd think a bloke stood on the 6 yard line for a free kick would be worth marking....

The fellow deserves a lot of credit. Like everyone else I was underwhelmed by his arrival but I have warmed to him. He's a good pro, never gives up, great work ethic and more ability than we thought.

What a Cress!

Hear hear Pinchy. I wasn't very pleased with the Creswell signing, but have to say that he played really well the other night. He works very, very hard and more importantly keeps findng the back of the net. He deserved his goal on tuesday and you could see on his face how happy he was when he celebrated. Keep up the good work Richard.

Watching the video and particulary Creswells celebration made me laugh. It was a great moment when the team came over to the fans, but a few Blades got over excited and it resulted in 2 getting thrown out. There is a prime example of one of these (although he stayed) who is celebrating with his shirt off!? Nah, nah nah, nah .......

Wooah, don't think I'm being positive about the Cresswell signing  I just said he took his goal well...........;)

3-0 up and once again we find ourselves hanging on at the end.

I thought Cresswell was a duff signing too but you cant argue with his strike rate so far.

True Bladesman, but I actually think that is a little harsh. Their first goal was never a penalty and I don't think they would have got back into the game if it hadn't been for that. On top of that they were lucky to get a free kick, which lead to the 2nd.

My main concern was how we got commpltelty dicked in the first 15 minutes. In all honesty we couldn't have complained if we'd been down 3-0. After Williamsons goal we pretty much controlled the game (although we still had some nervy moments).

You were there mate; I wasn't. You usually talk sense. What team would you select for the Boro game? One or two interesting selection issues I think!

Yep, saw it first hand. I am having a dry January hence didn't hgave any beers before game. Mrs wasn't up for it, mate couldn't make it and I didn't want to meet BladesinLondon club if I couldn't drink. Hence I went on my todd. Took my note pad (hence the in depth report ;) ) and watched the game very closely.

My team for the Boro game woule be:

---------- Bunn

Walker Morgan Seip Kilgallon

Ward Williamson Harper Quinn

------ Cresswell Evans

I would agree. I appear to have repeated my question! Don't trouble to answer again unless you've changed your mind.
