As a complete performance , I thought that last night’s was our best for a very long time . In particular , I struggle to remember us scoring three goals of such outstanding quality in a single match .

The build up for all three was of the highest quality and the actual finishes themselves outstanding .

Gus’s free kick was ridiculously good , starting on a trajectory some 4 yards outside the post then curling back in with pace and power and Brewster’s strike was mightily impressive .

But let no one underestimate the quality of Campbell’s finish . The ball delivered to him by Seriki was travelling at tremendous pace which he almost casually guided with great precision into the bottom corner of the net by simply opening the inside of his left foot . Beautiful !

It is no exaggeration to say that it was the type of finish that one would normally associate with some of the greatest strikers I ever saw , such as Dennis Law and Jimmy Greaves .

What a great signing he has proved to be .

What an assured, positive, confident performance, one of our most complete this season, and what a time in the season to produce it.

Without being cocky or arrogant, we looked confident and assertive against the division's form side, and a side who play some very good attacking football.

Luvleh.

You know it’s been good when us oldies enjoy it. Those goals were football at its best. And as final proof, their goal at the end was a scruffy contrast to our 3 objects of beauty.

No foul on keeper, injury so why is free kick given with Campbell about to tap in?

A shout out for Harrison Burrow's pass up to Campbell for the third goal.
And Femi's for the second. The wingbacks are really stepping up. Fantastic defending from both young lads now as well, something both are said to be suspect at.
