Simple solution to all this... legalize pyro in football stadiums.

If it's legal to have during a march on the streets, what's wrong with it being in a football stadium?

It seems the law itself suggests football fans are the problem, not the pyro... and in my opinion that is just wrong.
 
If you let of a flare in or around a footy stadium everyone & no one has some sort of lung disease.
However let one of a glastonbury and it's full on party mode
I can't see the difference in environments .
So why the massive difference in reactions ?

It's only in the UK. They are actually encouraged in other nations, though rules apply.

FC koln have just been fine €500k for fans using them.
There is talk of them being allowed somehow, but they are currently not allowed in Germany.
