It’s unlikely I’m afraid. We do have a few copies that have been battered and bruised by couriers - outside chance that we might put some Dem Blades Mis-shapes on the website. Will let you know.

Apologies for my ignorance on costs etc for this kind of thing, but what level of orders would you need to make it possible, or is it more complicated than that? Is there a number of committed orders to back editions which would make it worthwhile?

It’s several things really...
First is that I’m waiting at Abu Dhabi airport for a connecting flight to Tokyo and so there’s going to be a problem of geography for a few weeks, by which time, we’ll not be too far away from printing our yearly ‘annual’ fanzine.

Second is cost - standard economies of scale argument.

Third is that we’ve done a resale before and it’s was slightly tricky beacuse it’s hard to gauge how many we need. We’re going to start ordering more in advance for future issues so you shouldn’t miss out.

We also might sell the damaged copies we have, but we need to hold them back for now.

TL;DR subscribe for 2020 in December (or ask father Xmas and you’ll get em year round and cheaper )

Chuffed to say that Dem Blades Quarterly Issue No.2, our 'promotion special' fanzine, is being printed as we speak and will be out for delivery next week (27 May). You can place an order by following this link.

Inside, there are contributions aplenty from folk frequenting this forum, there are more arty bits, there's loads of promotion discussion, a chat with Prescot Cables, and there's (genuinely) the hardest Blades quiz ever written...and loads more.

It's been a great 'journey' for us as fanzine so far, mostly thanks to people on this forum who crowdfunded us into existence in the first place and continue to write for or read Dem Blades - so, "thanks!". Keen to know what subjects people would be interested in reading about as we being work on our Premier League-themed Issue 3 (out August)?

P.S Obviously, if you are already subscribed for 2019, then this will be heading through your door next week
