You bet he’s buzzing.He’s laughing all the way to the bank, mate.
If only he’d paid his debts, and sanctioned the loan of Tom Cannon, before he went to Stoke, we’d be 2 points and 10 mill better off.
Time to move on, Princeling, he’s not our problem anymore!

Tom Cannon would never have been free , Leicester would never have given him away . A little fact that makes you seem a bit silly .

Think you’re missing the point, mate.
If we’d have got him on loan in the summer, when Wilder wanted him, we wouldn’t have had to pay 10 mill in January to buy him.That 10 mill may turn out to be money, well spent, who knows.I certainly hope so, but it wouldn’t have been necessary in January, if the Prince had sanctioned the loan in the summer.
As for the 2 points let’s hope it’s not the difference between going up and not.
As I said, anyway, time to move on, buddy, he’s gone now, whichever way we look at it.

He didn't drag us through a court case, he dragged McCabe through a court case, and what has it got to do with anything anyway?
If someone tried to shaft you out of millions would you drag him through court ?

We were not even in for hom as a loan in the summer. All "sources" said we were after a permanent transfer. Probably would have been cheaper in the summer though.

It is all you want to remember him for. That was due to cash flow!

Conveniently forget the fact that he personally supported our purchase of players to get us promoted and gambled his personal monies to keep hold of Berge and Ndiaye which enabled our latest promotion which possibly saved us from Administration.

But we all believe what we want to believe, I personally think it was worth taking the two point hit

I’d go along with that but agree with the Prince when he said McCabe tried to screw him so he screwed McCabe. 🤷‍♂️

I had a quick search but can’t find the ‘con-man’ quote, I think it’s in the court transcript but won’t be trawling that at this hour..I’m pretty sure about the screwing quote mind… 🤣

It continues to amaze me that people believe that these sales might actually have happened. Think what you like of the Prince as a Club Owner, but all evidence suggests he has a shit hot legal team ( if you don't believe me, ask McCabe), and it's highly improbable that alarm bells weren't ringing for them from the outset in both cases (even our own "internet sleuths" were onto both, early doors...). The fact that they let due process appear to stop both deals doesn't mean that they weren't fully aware of the ultimate outcome from the outset. Let the authorities take any heat, and rumour has it that they also scooped a few bob on the way...

Do you really imagine that the Prince would be fully relaxed about the sale of an asset the size of our club without doing his homework, and would instead rely on the EFL to protect his personal fortune? Cloud cuckoo land.

Putting aside all the things that might or might not have happened, the facts of the matter are that the Prince actually decided finally to sell the club to somebody else - a group who from early indications appear better equipped to fund our ambitions than he ever was. He deserves credit for that.

If we miss out on 2 points it’s entirely on the previous regime. Not the result of the first home game of the season with a completely new team. Jesus wept it’s embarrassing how some fans try however they can to diminish what Wilder’s done this season despite the hurdles.

Wilder has worked miracles on the pitch so far this season. The team have also already missed out on a possible additional 27 points. That is not to criticise the team - nobody in the division has done better on the pitch, so far. It's simply to point out the ridiculousness of your assertion that any shortcoming in points in the final analysis is due entirely to the "previous regime".
And let's not forget that it's the "previous regime" who have put us in a position where we can afford to field a team and squad as good as ours currently is.

Point being mate, we shouldn’t have let these guys anywhere near our club, but instead, got as far down the line as sending the deal to the EFL for ratification.Thankfully the EFL did their due diligence, and the rest is history.
Neither of us will ever know what really went on behind the scenes,so no point in guessing.However, I can certainly agree with you,on your last point, that thankfully,he’s now sold the club to more substantial owners, who are committed to taking us to another level.
If you want me to give him credit for that,I most certainly do, and couldn’t be more chuffed about it.
Onwards and upwards.
