Rather depends on what the rest of 'The Agreement' says I imagine.Without reading through 40 odd pages the bit I don’t get is this.
McCabe has always said taking the ground and acadamy into his ownership, separate from the football club, was to protect it from those looking to make a quick buck on the land etc.
But now he makes it a condition of the sale, that the Prince has to buy the job lot.
Just doesn’t add up to me.
