Prince is taking over

He could easily be told to stop. Some of the tweets such as the Wendy wages are very enlightening for us as mere fans.
Perhaps Wit can see the bigger picture?
Maybe Tufty wouldn't post some of these things but is pleased his mate has?

Quite likely. Wilder is unlikely to be unhappy about the notion of him being grumpy about financial support being punted by someone with a bit of credibility.
He's done enough for the club for that to be known, one way or another.
Can't see any state secrets being leaked and if someone has publicly stated he's met with investors when that's incorrect, there's no problem with someone pointing that out.

Or alternatively, Wilder isn’t aware of his mate’s minute-by-minute tweeting as a) he’s not on twitter, and b) he has better things to be doing with his time than find out about what his mates are posting on a platform he couldn’t care less about.

I would hope though that someone else that does know him might ask him to stop tweeting, as by association it doesn’t particularly reflect well on Wilder. A bit like the activity of McNulty’s online entourage in the past.

Given how long they've been mates and in the likelihood that Wit isn't entirely stupid I doubt that Wilder isn't fully aware of his mate's actions.
In what way doesn't it reflect well on Wilder?
Do you not want to know an indication of some of his thinking (and that's all it is) or that he seemingly didn't meet with investors?
Can't see why it would upset anyone.

You'll never get that seat on the board, whoever buys the club. Let it go Len.

He should see the owners maybe? You know, of a private company he's employed by.

At the start of the season Wit tweeted that our wages were in the bottom 6.
After the win at Hillsborough he pointed out their massive wage bill.

I don't see how they don't reflect well on Wilder.

If people choose to believe that Nixon is amazingly ITK they could just ignore Wit's twitter and save themselves from all this outrage.

Think miserable looking old git and you'd be a helluva lot closer.
That's both ageist and, er, curmudgeonist.. or summat.. and I'm deeply offended... or whatever the snowflake kids say these days.

Feel free to contact my employer and demand my sacking for such heinous acts of ignorance against diversity.

Working away, so have not got time to read all of this, just quickly skimmed through, have I got this right?, McCabe is heading up a consortium with Jeremy Corbyn and Hamas, and Pinchy has called out Wit for a scrap because Wit accused Pinchy of buying a Volvo?

Close, but the Havana is still in the Humidor.

Been away when this news broke, and still, away, and not having time to read 42 pages do not sure this is covered. The statement I understand says the prince has invoked a buy out clause. Is it not possible that McCabe has forced the princes hand, and is trying to,force him out. To me McCabe holds the upper hand as he still, owns most of the other companies that the Prince needs to control the whole club. McCabe can demand what price he wants and impose his own Terms and conditions. The prince might decide the asking price is to much and walk away leaving opportunity for another investor, (possibly Chinese, if rumours are to be believed). So Macsbe either gets a higher price from a new investor or retains a large stake in the club, with a shareholding from an investor with larger pockets.

Yep, that's one theory...

Without reading through 40 odd pages the bit I don’t get is this.

McCabe has always said taking the ground and acadamy into his ownership, separate from the football club, was to protect it from those looking to make a quick buck on the land etc.

But now he makes it a condition of the sale, that the Prince has to buy the job lot.

Just doesn’t add up to me.

I imagine he's trying to ensure that before any potential sale, a number of guarantees are in place regarding eg not moving to a new stadium, retaining the name "Sheffield United", the red and white stripes, maybe the crest. It's likely that McCabe wants to sell, but maybe not to the Prince. Presume Kev would want to retain a seat on the board after any potential sale.

Best get reading then

The way I see it is this...

The Prince owns The Strand, Fleet Street and has just landed on Trafalgar Square. He’s now planning to put houses on them on his next turn and bankrupt McCabe.

However, wily old Fox McCabe has already got Regent Street, Bond Street, Oxford Street, Park Lane and Mayfair and a few others. But the irony of all this is that on his next turn The Prince landed on Old Kent Road and McCabe has got that and neighbouring properties as well, and, of course, McCabe has stuck a hotel on it!

The Prince collects his £200 for passing go, but McCabe takes it all from him, and more, when he surprises him with the rent!

McCabe offers him a reprieve...

“If you buy the waterworks, the electricity works, Marylebone and Fenchurch Street station from me, you can stay in the game”.

“I’d no idea you owned those as well!” said the Prince.

And that was game over!

Is the 90 year oil wells on monopoly

On the Saudi subject, can't say I'm too enthused about being fully owned by the Royal Family of a country who have funded ISIS and the spread of radical Islam across the world to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.

Not exactly great PR for us.

But apart from that ?
