That 180m will go in a flash on debt repayment , fees & wages - I don't know how you think the club will "get" the money , let alone the owner - the club is just a sieve , through which the money passes , never to be seen again.
Leaving us with a big fat zero such as Mousset or a crock like Brewster.
The job of using that 180m to best effect (staying in the PL) is huge.
Let's hope we don't end up buying as badly as we did last time.
The main positive for the prince is that he might now actually find a serious buyer.

Pedantics but it wasn’t £90m. It was £115m

Anyway, if reports are true, hasn’t he said he’s open to new offers? If so, the club is still on the market

A seriously rich investor, hopefully, will come in and turn this club into Man City. Or maybe it is the beer talking

Jesus, why do you even bother watching football? Even going up makes you unhappy.
 
He will still try to sell, he probably should have after the first promotion. He will know through experience now he doesn't have the cash to sustain us at the big table or if we get relegated with the increased costs.

The existing deal was significantly more than that if we were promoted. But significantly less than many analysts think we’re worth now.
