Terrible decision for the second yellow, made by a twat who doesn’t understand the game and is utterly inconsistent every time we have him. If you can just run into a stationary player and they get a yellow then there’d be nobody left on the pitch.

Similar to the Charlton game where he let their bloke get away with a dreadful early foul (late stand on foot) and then sent Soumare off for a comparable one.

Ref has taken the game away from us, no doubting that. But to come away to one of the most physical teams in the league and play 4-4-2 percentage ball is a sad indictment of where we’re at. There’s a reason good teams don’t just ‘whip it in’ anymore.

That first 20 minutes was embarrassing for both sides. Midfields were non-existent and it was just watching the keepers punt long balls towards each other.

Langford apart why is it we sit off players and give them all the time in the world to get their shot off. 3 times in the last 2 away games! Nothing much between the teams but we were struggling defensively down the right hand side before the goal which led to Choudhurys first booking.

We haven't got the legs in the team to defend with 10 men. A brave decision would be to bring on Donovans pace but I fear the game is already over.

It’s not a yellow full stop. But in this instance, as he had a first yellow, it wasn’t a second yellow. In fact I would argue that the ref has decided to give it a yellow because he already had one.

And by the way, why the delay before he did it? Listening to the players or the crowd before acting?
