If “Lunneh” and the 3142 are in use possibly 1 and if we play our proper game can see about 4 to 6.

Draw vs Bournemouth
Beat Palace
Draw Leicester
Lose Chelsea

If we can't Palace at home, then we drop.

Seven. That's 2 wins and a draw out of Bournemouth, Palace and Leicester which is easily attainable. Those predicting 4 or less should realise that they are actually predicting relegation if thats the best we can do against some of the crappier clubs in the division. Sometimes I wonder why we bother.

Sorry dad.

7 points.

Bournemouth - Draw
Palace - Win
Leicester - Lose
Chelsea - Win

Of course it's a gargantuan task to win away at Chelsea and an unlikely one at that. I've just got a feeling in me watters.

Lose vs Bournemouth, draw palace, lose Leicester.

Lundstram gets dropped, we ditch flat 3 5 2 for our conventional 3 4 1 2 and we go and stuff Chelsea away.

Anything other than 11 would be unacceptable in my book.

Realistically, 4 or 6 would be steady.

I'm genuinely curious as to why you imagine we might collect that many points?

If we were to average a point a game over our first 8-10 games it wouldn't be the worst accumulation of points we could begin this campaign with.

Of course, we could surprise the rest of this division and set this competition alight.....well there's no harm in dreaming, is there?

A draw and a win at the least wouldn't be too optimistic to hope for. Plus, as others have said, we've had a couple of defeats minimum in the first few matches since Wilders been here and we've been finding our feet.
