Does anyone think we should give some of the younger players a chance today?

Given their is nothing riding on the game and we could give them a chance to shine.
 



Only when CW has secured the next leg of the 100 point target Mate.
3-0 up with 10 to go and we might see them get a run out.
 
Nothing riding on the game? What about 100 points? Don't think CW and AK will think the same!
 
To me the 100 points is a nice to have, we're champions, in the grand scheme of things 100 points doesn't matter.

I don't think LS26 is saying we should player a full team of kids, one or two would be enough.
 
If you were a player in this team would you want to be rested? No I think not you would want to keep giving your all for the next two games.
Imagine if you thought you'd be playing in front of 7000+ Blades fans and being told you were being rested.
 
Why do some insist on calling for our young players to be chucked in.
When any are ready they will be introduced.
If you knew a bit about them you would see that Semple is injured, Slater played last night, Graham played last night, Smith played last night, Hallam played last night.

Brooke's will not play before Chapman.

So who exactly do you want to see today?

Why not play all those that are getting binned in May.
Or the first 11 Blades fans in the ground in fancy dress, or pissed up, or holding red flares?

The way these lads are playing at the minute?

NO WAY!

On top of that, Billy wants 200 career, 30 league goals...which is still very achievable with these lads alongside him.
 
Best 11 , best subs, get 100 points, win league by a big margin. Billy reaches his milestones. Fans ecstatic, kids watch on and know what they can achieve. Momentum keeps on going. Those players who think they should be picked but haven't really know times up. CW and AK have got it all under control, Thank the Lord.
 



The kids are busy playing in the under23s unless you want Fleck and coutts to swap to the under18s
 
Can we have a little less talk of playing with kids please, this is the Internet, you'll end up in Donnie with Johnson is it carries on!!! Warned!!
 
You know....it wouldn't be fair, say, for the league Champions to field a weakened side against a relegation threatened club, thereby handing a disadvantage to their relegation rivals......sir Alex.
 
Jeez some of us are only suggesting having a couple of youngsters on the bench than say having someone like McNuts who hasn't done anything this season up to now.

If it was up to some people on here the likes of Walker and Maguire would never have made the first team.

Maguire and the Kyles were good enough, and weren't in the team because we'd already won the league and it didn't matter to us.

It's against the rules. To break the rules is cheating.

The responses did seem a touch highly strung. I want us to get 100 points and see MK and Chesterfield ground into the dirt myself but if we were 3-0 up with 15 to go I'd probably give a couple of other players a run out. Donkey murderer that I am!!

Newsflash: You can have youngsters in the match day squad without changing the entire first team.

Yes a run out in second half but obviously we mean replace the entire match day squad with youngsters.
 
Wilson in, so everyone's happy then.

He got our season going at Oxford. I think half time at Oxford was a turning point for me personally. I felt for the first time that we were truly fucked. We were going to be a lower league team for a long time. We couldn't keep changing managers, we were cutting the budget, and if wilder wasn't the answer then where the hell did we go.

Suddenly, at half time, it felt like Sheff Utd v Oxford was El classico. All memories of beating Arsenal without a keeper were gone, and me, and the rest of the kop stould up.

So did wilder and the team, and Wilson.

So he deserves it.
