First 10 yards are in the head
After last night results we are now virtually guaranteed a play off place. Derby can equal us on points but they would have to make up a 25 goal deficit.

That's the way to approach a season. Avoid relegation. Guarantee play-offs. Guarantee promotion. Guarantee winning the league. It happened 2 years ago. The final step will be a little harder to take. After last night results we are now virtually guaranteed a play off place. Playoffs were mathematically guaranteed after we beat Leeds.
How so?Playoffs were mathematically guaranteed after we beat Leeds.
All the teams who are likely in the playoffs ,Bristol ,Villa and Wba I reckon or even FLDC all concede plenty of gaols and are quite attacking open teams. We are capable of beating any of them.Obviously if we don’t make autos it will be hard not to feel deflated but if we did end up in the Playoffs why can’t we change our bad history in them we now have someone we didn’t have before and that’s Mr Wilder
Realistically, if we’d finished 7th or 8th I’d be saying CW has done a great job. To get us to the playoffs is why his peers voted him manager of the season.I stand by what I said at the start of this season, which is that if we got in the play-offs, it would be a fantastic achievement.
For me anything beyond that is a huge bonus and I will look back on this season with immense pride regardless of how it pans out now.

A 0-0 draw on Saturday with Millwall should sort it then? After last night results we are now virtually guaranteed a play off place. Derby can equal us on points but they would have to make up a 25 goal deficit.
I don't think you will I think you'd be gutted if we went upIf we finish third I'll be gutted as well, because we won't go up through the play offs.
Not losing will become more important than winning, although what we'd hope to achieve by finishing second in a two horse race would be I don't know.
And before anybody says this team and manager are different, they're not, we've already seen it in a few games over the last month or so, when the pressure has been on they've completely changed their normal game.
