. When did you start doing these Steve !? Never remember reading them through the clough and adkins era's ! They would have certainly cheered fans up following every match !

Thanks mate.
Beginning of last season. When I started I did have in mind that we might have a few a rougher games than the promotion season, positioning my blog as the one to read after a crap result. Has to be said that we haven’t had too many of those!

Thanks for the repeated use of ‘criterion’.

See if you can get ‘datum’ or reference to data in the plural into a future blog.

:)

I enjoyed reading that much more than the actual match. The highlight of my day was discovering an imitation Twix bar in Morrisons called ''Bic Mix'. Highly recommended.

Haha thanks mate. Tasty was it? Two fingers up at the mainstream

That’s a challenge I am happy to accept.

Great blog again Steve. I’ve sat next to a fair few IBS’s over the years.

Here is my account of taking my motor-mouthed brother to the game with me. The first time I missed the final whistle in years and for reasons of IBS (irritating Blades supporter).

Note: can’t post direct links via mobile version of site for some reason, so it may take a small excersise in site navigation to find the thing.

I too left on 78 minutes with a Chris. This one was one third of the three old men with flasks group and we left because the game was shit and a pint or two of Absolution gave us better prospects of a harmonious end to the evening. No doubt those who usually sit in front of me having to listen to my chuntering were happy with this decision and in addition no cats were kicked as we quickly attained "couldn't be arsed mode".
