What the idiots fail to grasp is that our transfers are scouted extensively, based on ability, attitude, mentality and potential. So yes we might be paying money for a young lad who has been injured, but he has years ahead of him to develop and improve further.

Where as the pigs happily shelled out 30k per week, in the league below, for the following players when they were all pushing 30, and have spent most of their time injured, or in some cases being extraordinarily crap for them..

Hutchinson, Hooper, Rhodes, Fletcher, Abdi, Boyd and my personal favourite...Emanuelson.

Wouldn’t it be better though to copy the Owls recruitment system and let a mate of the Chairman go out and pick them at random and see if the manager can do owt with ‘em?

The 21-year-old defender has made just three appearances for the Bundesliga club this season, and has five international caps for Greece.

Agree....he’s gone under the radar compared to Berge but he looks likely to be an upgrade on any of our other defenders
He’s a defender that can pass and excellent at getting forward....suits our system really well.
