We need to start getting some results and quickly.
We have the players to do it. Even after losing the spine of the team in Anel, Vini Souza and to a lesser degree Moore we still have more than capable players to get positive results against at least 90% of the teams in this division. Whilst the replacements (Tanganga excepted) are not showing that they have the ability to replace the outgoing players, they are capable of doing a lot better than they are presently offering.
We need Burrows to remember how to defend when they have the ball and remember how to cross a ball accurately.
We need Hamer to rediscover the form that earned him the deserved accolades from last season.
We need The rest of the defence to have defensive lessons from Tanganga on how to defend effectively and Godfrey to be convinced that he can get closer than 20 metres away from an attacker when they have the ball.
We need our wide players to attack defenders with confidence and not just play simple sideways and backwards passes.
We need Campbell to remember that his kit will be washed after the game and not worry about breaking a sweat in it. I would just like to see him look interested in the game and start making a run or 2 to give the other players an option of a forward pass.
We NEED 2 up top to offer a threat and further options of attacking intent.

I will see what side we select and what formation we appear to be setting up in before I decide if I am watching it today.
