Unless a team has 100% possession, scores every shot they take, commit no fouls and don't allow any shots on their goal then there is always room for improvement. (I know 100% possession is impossible but if it was would cause all the other things to happen, except the scoring every shot)
United can improve in a lot of ways but the results are what counts at the end of the day and you can't deny, we're getting the right results at the moment.

any team should expect to beat a team from a lower division in a cup tie.. it should be routine, so nowt to shout about here.. come back wednesday morning.. we should know by then

so no club from a lower league ever beats a side from higher up the ladder in the cup then say hartlepool , from our league no way they can lose 1-6 at chesterfield
hereford took out shrewsbury from our league

lest you forget we are currently 46th in the league ladder but hope to be in the top 20 again in 2/3 years, maybe just maybe bristol rovers might want to climb up a bit too their fans like us expect to be higher , much higher

Good point, when we were in the top division from 1971-76, we lost to a team from a lower division in at least one of the cups every season;

71-72 Cardiff FAC
72-73 Carlisle FAC
73-74 WBA LC
74-75 Norwich LC, Villa FAC
75-76 Hull LC
