He’d have the cones set out in a specific formation so he could have an individual, pre prepared pep talk with each and everyone one of them explaining their new role and how to go about it. Once they glazed over he’d carry on for a further few minutes explaining vertical football and the intensity of those moments, the moments they need to take care of in the moments and then seamlessly transition on to the next player without hesitation or taking a breath.
