For what its worth, I've got Blackpool in the bottom three, along with Reading and Birmingham. That guarantees one of them will be the surprise package.

If you go down the A17 & A47 it feels like the end of the earth.Norwich won’t be far away
Aye but most of em will be ‘plastics’ with little patience or ‘nous’ with obvious impact on / implications for a very young / inexperienced sideHad a few bets on Sunderland last season, they were a bit hit and miss, but newly promoted, few more fans coming back.. That'll give em a lift..
Wilders BoRo?? Lenihan and Steffen are decent signings but think they'll struggle to create and score.
Indeed. I think the best few didn't go on their preseason tour. But that wouldn't stop them playing against us.Still waiting for Watford to lose some players
They just brought in a Spanish international player.Indeed. I think the best few didn't go on their preseason tour. But that wouldn't stop them playing against us.
Reportedly high price tags.
Coventry losing O’Hare and Simon Moore and Maatsen was only on loan. Talk of Gyokeres going too. I like cov but think it’s regression1st Norwich
2nd WBA
3rd Watford
4th Burnley
5th Boro
6th Coventry
Between 8th and 11th Blades
22nd Rotherham
23rd Reading
24th Birmingham
Norwich will walk the league again despite having Smith in charge, and WBA have bought well despite having Bruce in charge. Watford have a strong team only the inexperienced manager and nutcase owners keeps them out of the top 2 for me, Burnely also a strong squad but are going to suffer somewhat from Dyche withdrawal. Wilder will have Boro There or thereabouts and this seasons surprise package is Coventry who have built well under Robins the last few seasons.
Rotherham are the Norwich of League one / Championship, they just are not big enough to kick on to survive at the level. Reading and Brum have been a long and horrific approaching car crash.
We will be in no trouble with relegation but will just not score or create enough to trouble the promotion race.

Haha Middlesbrough and Coventry above us. No way! I honestly don’t get the hype with Boro I don’t think they will be anywhere near.1st Norwich

Bottom lip be ahht for our Chrissy. Got to be honest I didn't think MT stood out that much last season but I know he's highly rated.Bournemouth
When the big dogs come calling though (with their retirement town and non league sized ground)!Bottom lip be ahht for our Chrissy. Got to be honest I didn't think MT stood out that much last season but I know he's highly rated.
I'm not so sure they will be good defensively - They've lost Nathan Collins, Nick Pope, Ben Mee, James Tarkowski and Erik Pieters this summer.Burnley seem to have had Everton's pants down with their "McNeil Deal".
Everton in massive trouble paying obscene transfer fees for fairly average players.
Probably good news for us though as he is Burnley's only flair player and further weakens their attacking strength. Think they will be very good defensively but are going to struggle to get enough goals to trouble the autos. Maybe a bit like us. We shall see though.
Fair play - they have lost a good few defenders then. Also they went a bit weird and like the 'anti-dyche' under their caretaker manager last year. So in summary maybe/probably too much squad re-building required for an absolute novice like Kompany to have them up in the autos, although no doubt he will get unbelievably good Man City youngsters on loan which may paper over quite a few cracks...I'm not so sure they will be good defensively - They've lost Nathan Collins, Nick Pope, Ben Mee, James Tarkowski and Erik Pieters this summer.
Most importantly Phil Bardsley.I'm not so sure they will be good defensively - They've lost Nathan Collins, Nick Pope, Ben Mee, James Tarkowski and Erik Pieters this summer.
It didn't do them many favours in League one, so I can't see it doing in the championship. When I was reading the list I was thinking that exact same thing. They have the support but is that enough to spur them on in a difficult league. Either way it will be a tough league again next year, there are teams that could easily slip, I don't think there will be much separating 6th-18th
I like Watfords signings so far, Choudhury and Keinan Davis.'Stoke City have signed Tariqe Fosu on a season-long loan from Brentford.
The 26-year-old Ghana international, who can play in midfield or as a wing-back, is Stoke's eighth signing of the summer.'
Not a bad signing, can play a few positions where I still think we're lacking. (Wing back and DM)
I agree - if we'd signed these two, I'd be confident of automatics. They'd be perfect for the holes in our squadI like Watfords signings so far, Choudhury and Keinan Davis.
Tend to like them as players but that’s two added to your XI that don’t score many.I agree - if we'd signed these two, I'd be confident of automatics. They'd be perfect for the holes in our squad
