Jebbison also injured. Our preparation is quite funny to be fair:
Any more?
- Lost Doyle & McAtee
- Sold Ndiaye our best player
- Signed a LWB as a back up to Lowe instead of replacement
- Signed a Striker who hasn’t got a work permit so can’t play
- McBurnie, Bogle, Coulibaly, Norwood, Fleck all injured.
- Fans fallen out with each other (at least that’s nothing new)
Add Jebbo Brewster and RND to No.5Our preparation is quite funny to be fair:

I think you’ve forgot Louie MarshSo as it stands before the new season starts, with us having a head start in terms of time on the competition, this is the squad:
Wes / Davies
Baldock / Bogle
Lowe / Larouci / RND
Anel / Bash
Egan /
JLT /
Norwood / Berge
Slimane /
Fleck / Osborn
Traore /
McBurnie / Brewster / Jebbo / Osula
Look... I'll back Hecky and the boys with all I've got. But this from a 'board level' perspective is unacceptable!
Jesus H Christ I hope that's not true!Fair enough. Be interesting who plays up top and midfield.
Slimane - Berge - Fleck?
Osula - Traore?
You stand out like a sore thumb on here as someone who regularly responds unnecessarily to people as though they're imbeciles, which is good going.
It wouldn't be so bad if you weren't so delicate when even mildly challenged.
No offence taken from me. Now let’s move on… and get back to slating the board over this miserable transfer window!!Great. If you've got any other criticisms you'd like to level at me put them in a DM like last time, that way we won't be clogging up the forum with such pointlessly off topic discussions.
For what it's worth, the post you originally quoted was actually meant to be a light-hearted, tongue in cheek comment but I'll hold my hands up and say the way I wrote it could have meant it was easily misconstrued.
Will McBurnie or Jebbison be fit in a couple of weeks? Are we going for Osula up top? I’m assuming the 1 will be Traore, unless there’s an issue with that - hoping not. (EDIT - didn’t realise Traore had signed formally)
Frustrating as Palace and Forest are two games we need to try and get something out of.
He's just validated everything Asaba pointed out in that 1 tweet. PH and Paul Mitchell must be tearing their hair out.At present he's irrirating more than not.
It's easy to say ignore him even if you don't follow him on Twitter, but he's everywhere due to sharing.
The way he's tried to turn Fitzy's reasonable tweet around against him is pathetic. If he is unofficially a Prince PR man, he's doing a very poor job for me.

Even if this is true, which I doubt, did he not realise by posting it this would have a negative ripple affect amongst the fan base as borne out by the number of pages in this thread. If you are posting out messages on behalf of the Club which again I would challenge, there is a responsibility to assess the impact the message will have. In one post El Accounto has set the Prince up for a difficult series of questions on this subject if he is interviewed by Sheffield United Way and any others.
It is also a sad indictment of the Clubs whole approach to communications that fans are hanging on the every word of a non Club employee overseas accountant. There has to come a point where Bettis and others react and say this line of communication has to be closed down because a little bit of knowledge as has be shown many times in the past can be dangerous.
We've had a few upfront over the years. Can donkey play up front?
Agree Club need to look at its whole approach to communication. I've less of an issue with SUW doing interviews as we at least get a visible presence with the Prince. SUTV would be more of a staged managed affair imo. If ever there was an opportunity for PH to close down these twitter mutterings its tonight in his interview with Radio Sheffield. The club needs a better line of communication. If anything PA should just put official statements out via the club website or better yet via SUTV. Like I have said elsewhere doing interviews with Sheff U Way is still a stage managed interview where PA can choose which questions to answer.
Well it fucking shouldn’t be, he should be a given and we should be bringing in at least one attacker. The additional signing prior to palace is Tommy Doyle
Totally get it - i just can't see it palWell it fucking shouldn’t be, he should be a given and we should be bringing in at least one attacker.
We’ve sold N’Diaye ffs what ever happened to not selling until you have a replacement lined up
The fact we have a limited budget is embarrassing in itself given the amount we have just got for promotion.Who is part of the shower you mention. We knew at the outset we had a limited budget and it has been disclosed several times how we had to go about recruiting. We now have got a slight change in circumstances due to the whim of an individual player. The sale has not even been confirmed yet and it’s not as if we are getting a massive wind fall. I’m sick of people joining the forum just to have a dig.
A very good player has gone where we will try to adapt our play around. That is the true test. There will be incomings but no world beaters. We already knew we would struggle with or without Illy.
Other than the fact that we had debts to pay off to make sure that we are financially stable as a club going into the new Premier League season, some of which were responsible for putting us in a transfer embargo for most of last season. The fact we have a limited budget is embarrassing in itself given the amount we have just got for promotion.
Covering debts partly brought on by our last visit to the prem and the way we spent money. The fact we have a limited budget is embarrassing in itself given the amount we have just got for promotion.
Which debts?Covering debts partly brought on by our last visit to the prem and the way we spent money.
Just one point of order before moving on.Great. If you've got any other criticisms you'd like to level at me put them in a DM like last time, that way we won't be clogging up the forum with such pointlessly off topic discussions.

It’s not the club’s fault that generally loans are not available until the end of the window and that someone thinks it’s a good idea to begin the season well before the window shuts. It’s a complete joke that our transfer activity is reactive rather than proactive. That first game is so important![]()
Pathetic, self pitying, so called supporters, who never miss an opportunity to decry, ridicule and criticise. That's another one for you.You and me have no idea how the signings and the season will actually pan out. I honestly thought we'd no chance of promotion last season. I was hopelessly wrong but I'm intelligent enough to know, that football often surprises. For God's sake just give the club a chance and actually support it. Your list by the way, will be replicated by just about every team in the country. Our preparation is quite funny to be fair:
