I don't think he means Traore. I'm thinking Trusty is the 1. Then that leaves 2x perm/loan to buy and 2x loans. There it is... the sum of our ambition

Appreciate the complexity of transfer dealing but that lack of urgency is startling given we’re in danger of writing 10% of the season off with a sub par squad to the deadline.

We’re spiralling in negativity at the moment and it should be such an easy win to freshen the squad up and inject some excitement again.

and playing the last couple of years in a league pretty much comparable with The Scottish Championship.

I know nothing about him apart from his YouTube highlight reel but throwing him in as the great hope seems slightly unfair on him.

I’ve edited the post - I didn’t realise the deal for Traore was completed and assumed it was subject to Work Permit.

He should be as fresh as a daisy. Broke his leg in a cup game that my in laws were at and had the best part of a year off.

Came back refreshed, fully healed and banging the goals in then gets a gig playing in the biggest league in the world.

You'd hope his confidence is sky high and that he can do something similar for us.

I can't believe we're going to start a premier league season with Osula or Jebbision in contention for a starting place

I don't think that's accurate. I don't recall anyone saying we were only after 2x perm. There was a lot of talk about 20m being the budget but not a definitive number of personnel
