I know these aren’t always the most popular threads, but for those of us who like a flutter:

We’re third favourites at just 5.50 to win the league, ahead of West Brom, which surprised me.

We’re therefore more likely than West Brom to go up, sitting at 1.91, so less than evens.

We’re only 5th favourites to score the most goals, behind WBA, Norwich, Villa and Leeds.

The second most likely top 2 combo is Leeds/Blades at 7.50.

West Brom coming strong now and 6.50 looks good value for them to win it, softening the blow when we have to settle for 2nd.

I don’t think we’ve been the greatest the last few home games we’ve played far better before and struggled to win

Don’t confuse bookies’ odds with words like ‘more likely’. As I’m sure you know, the odds are reflection of how much money has been placed on an outcome, so it doesn’t necessarily mean that something is more likely just because it has shorter odds. And even if you do make that assumption, don’t forget to add the profit for the bookie. So, 1.91 doesn’t really imply ‘more likely than not’.
