Last year's open day was on 31 August and I'm guessing it's an annual event, so keep an eye out for this year's.I'm disappointed to have missed that open day.

An old bus driver friend of mine told me that when the Videmat machines came out he used to tell the old dears that got on to put their money into the machine, then shout their destination into the red opening before pressing the green button, otherwise it couldn’t tell where they were going. Oh how we laughed.
Speedos need to be renamed "robin smugglers" judging by this pic...
Proper Sunday afternoon entertainment back in the day

I was born and raised until around 5 years of age on Manor oaks close and remember walking past the PO/BT building as a kid being so excited to see loads of yellow British Telecom vans as we passed.
Remember this day well, during the Bassett years I always stood with my dad and other family members behind the white wall and as I got older started to go to the back of the kop at half time.
Could be but hard to tell, maybe the kit in 73 and we did wear red socks at times. Just by the hair I thought of Ted or Keith Eddy but just a guess.
Could be, I thought Ted Hemsley if that's a no.3 shirt. Might be against Leeds, from the all-white kit in the background.Could be but hard to tell, maybe the kit in 73 and we did wear red socks at times. Just by the hair I thought of Ted or Keith Eddy but just a guess.
It’s hard to make out if the collar and trim on the sleeves are red or darker maybe black? If it’s black then possibly Stoke from the mid 70s.
