My Dad used to own the Guardian newsagents next to the Hunters Bar roundabout sign, as well as the one at the bottom of Dover Road which is now Nonnas. Always at the Lane on Saturdays though!

Impressed with Len badger's hand writing, shadows his style of play, bold, neat and precise, a pleasure to look at.
On his day, I never saw a finer fullback and Rodger Byrne was my man to watch in my teens, with the fast improving Graham Shaw who I could watch at close range.
