What I'd give for some of that iconic white railing in the garden! True story. When the seats and new roof went on the kop, a mate of mine wanted a sheet of the faded red (pink) corrugated iron to mount on his living room wall and one of the old 'pedal style' turnstyles in his lounge. His wife said no. Surprisingly, they're not still together. :D

Did she give a reason for saying no? Would it have clashed with the carpet, or something?
 
This man is a genius,he spotted a young 18 year old footballer and turned him into one of the finest players of his generation,that was one of the very many special things he did,he also forged the finest team I have ever seen (thus far)in United colours
I used to be a choir boy at Abbeydale church where JH went every Sunday...i used to get his autograph every week, much to his amusement. 'You again' he would say...i think he genuinely thought i was crazy, to me he was my God!!!

If it was'nt for the thrill of seeing JH every Sunday i probably would have left.. (6 pence a service :()
