The only signing that really has done anything this season is Tanganga and only when played at CB. Others have done bits and pieces, Mee and Ings do bring the experience to the dressing room but a full season of Championship football at their ages will catch up on them eventually. I might be the only one regards Barry, but I think he’d be a decent option off the bench. Granted he’s a bit of a one trick pony, but against tiring defences think he’d do okay.

He has played up front before.
Stick up front if he can stay onside his pace will cause centre backs problems.Boro will mopp up cannon easily as his lack of pace with no tricks in his locker !all he can give is hard work .Hopefully Bamford can make an appearance if only from the bench.

I think Ogbene would be good up top maybe alongside Cannon.

Wilder will probably go with Cannon as a lone striker with Gus and COH playing off him.

Better left on the bench in my opinion.

He took his goal well on Tuesday night but that sublime assist from Gus made it. The rest of his cameo his touch was loose and he looked clunky and disjointed compared to Brooks. The quality drop off between the two was massive and he looked just as he has for his whole spell here.

Surely at this point our best team involves a 4231 with Bamford leading the line and Gus, Ohare and Brooks behind.

Ogbenne would be second behind Brooks to that right sided slot for me ahead of Chong.

In a 4231 or a 442 he would be behind Bamford, Cannan and probably the really out of form Campbell for me.

Yeah that goal was all about the ball. He was as bad as before the injury. Hopefully the goal can give him a spark because he’s been awful since arriving. Not as bad as Chong though.
