Chaps,

Nobody was really surprised with today's result. Impossible to win football games without creativity, pace and the 5th manager in 3 years.

Without fresh blood at the top, silly to talk about the next manager, and the players who should stay / go. McCabe has to work hard to sell. We need fresh management, ideas and momentum. It is very sterile and it shows. McCabe & Co were responsible for Blackwell, Adams, Wilson & Morgan (not counting Speed). They in-turn been responsible for some shocking signings - Porter, Doyle, Flynn, Kitson, Westlake, Robson, Hill, Forte, etc, and some shocking sales Britton, Cotteril, excluding the cash sales Blackwell, Lowton, Quinn etc.

We are where we are because our club has been poorly managed. McCabe & Co have lost millions in managing the club. Nobody else has lost this money, nobody else has made the poor decisions; and despite the Tevez money, we have lost millions and millions of pounds to be one of the worst teams in the club's history. That takes some doing.

McCabe & Co will make the usual noises of how committed they are to getting us promoted and will work day-and-night blah, blah blah; but their time is surely up, they gotta move aside and find somebody to buy the club. Few can doubt what McCabe has done for the club, but he has reached his sell-by-date. It is the time to pass on the batton. We are on a downward spiral, without new management, there will be more heartaches, smaller crowds and more defeats to former non-league teams like Yeovil.

First, start at the top. KM, the man who created the SUFC we know and love/hate today. He built us up nicely, and now it's failing badly, he's throwing good money after bad, and all the while, the club is not gaining any stability or sustainability, we're losing tonnes of money every hour of every day and bouncing from one crisis to the next without a strategy beyond the next 5 minutes.

And, in the position that we're in, having someone who has created this hugely loss making club, while transferring assets to holding companies that he owns, with the chance to get promoted getting slimmer and slimmer as players are sold as soon as they're able to pass a ball, attendances dwindling and support shaken, then just who will pay KM the millions and millions of pounds to take that over, and then provide say a further 10 million pound to keep the club afloat for the next 12 months? The answer is, as the past few years have proven, no-one. And as this man continues to reign, the club goes further and further backward on and off the field.

Managers are all selected by this man, and I feel, any player worth his salt are sold by this man against the wishes of his appointed manager. The manager right now is irrelevant, so are the players. Solve the biggest problem, the rest might well come together. Keep the problem, or pretend he's doing us a favour by writing off the debt that he created, then nothing will change regardless of who is in charge.
