Great performance and turn around in 2nd half. Ref again with some very strange decisions and fell for most of there falling down antics.

Thought we were well on top second half, shame we couldn’t win it but that’s still a decent point all things considered.

The value of having Madine and Dowell on board - we can compete for 2 halves rather than only the 1st half and half of the 2nd. Our £1 million rated striker nets a couple, and once again their £10 million striker gets on the pitch for the last 2 minutes only. Can't blame their manager for not wanting to start the game with 10 men though........

Good point and we could have had all 3 though that would have been harsh.

Their second was poor on our behalf, everyone was too busy over the over side of the area.

Better performance for me than Swansea and a good reply to that, carrying on our usual pattern of following a loss up with a draw but this is a good draw.

Madine and Dowell both showed why they're here.

Fleck, what you playing at lad?

Norwood a bit quiet.

Norwich time wasting bastards, and can't take it when we give a bit back, cnuts. Cheers for the 4 points this season.
Madine played well but Dowell, like Norwood keeps getting court in possession and giving the ball away in dangerous areas.

Get in. When are we announcing that Billy Sharp statue?

Quite happy with a point from this, hopefully it will give the players some extra confidence, Norwich away is always a difficult game & one we might have slipped up in the past. Sounds like we competed much better in the second half & didn't wilt under pressure, when teams score late in the game like they seem to do all the time it can get into your head, so I am so happy we look to have showed some mental toughness too. COYRWW.

Sky Sports News being complimentary, Jeff and Merson. Merson praising Bill as a machine, and on the second goal saying that if Aguero had scored it they'd be going mental.

He'll learn that we're a bit slower than he is, and it'll be different in other games, feel like there wasn't as much on as there usually is because we were so wary of their quick breaks.

Still, it's not like Duffy and Fleck don't give it away all the time anyway, it's just the percentage game we play when we drive at the opposition.

Good result, shame we fell a bit behind the top two at Swansea.
Vital we got something today with Villa, Middlesboro, West Brom and Wendy all coming up in the next month plus Bolton and Reading.

If those 6 games can bring us 12 points we'll be well on our way

Proved why we’re up there today - our back 5 looks quality, Norwood & Dowell I felt were poor. Madine held it up well, he’ll probably be better with Duffy behind him.

UTB - WHAT A TEAM!

We started the 2nd half well, their goal came against the run of play. Thereon, we improved after the change (though took a while to get back to something like our usual selves) and the equaliser was after some patience to wait for the right time to cross.

Patchy games for Fleck and particularly Norwood. Dowell apparently was given a recording of Duffy’s style to look at – he needs to have a closer look. I thought Madine looked useful, but had the effect of altering our style a bit.

Sharp was excellent. I thought Stevens, Egan and JOC were particularly good too.

I was thinking that Dowell is as much of a Fleck as he is a Duffy, so I can see why there are those quotes going around about Wilder playing them both.

I think a diamond like at Swansea second half with Dowell and Duffy either side, Norwood at the back and McG at the front would be an interesting tactical option with Bill or Madine up front (or Bill and Madine up front, and going to 4 at the back).

im chuffed with that point, as I knew today huge game before we played swansea. as bar derbies biggest of the season 2nd v 3rd I felt if we could avoid defeat its another hurdle cleared. I enjoyed the game I thought it was good competitive game between both sides. I was towards the end that if this does end in a draw then im happy because I couldnt really ask for more of them because what I hope for in every game is that the team turns up & makes most of our chances. which we did & ive been critical of defence in the past, but i can't fault them as of course im not happy when we conceded but it was down to more 2 bits of opposition quality. than handing it on plate. that we can be guilty of at times

considering in 2 of the next 3 we have Bolton & Reading at home, with at least 6 pts. leeds or Norwich ( or both) dropping points next weekend. it boding well
