Now seeking 9th manager in 6.5 years according to BBC, no wonder we shxt and stuck of the bottom of division 3; only think of Chelsea who sack as regular, but they win stuff.

Are we top of the league for sacking the most managers?

People always argue sacking managers doesn't bring success, but it's the other way round.
Not getting success, produces lots of manager sackings.

Obviously the clubs that sack a lot of managers don't do well, cos if they did do well they wouldn't need to be sacking the managers! If we actually hired one who was any good, they may not get the sack.

That's more than a little disingenuous seeing as it includes Neil Warnock's last day as manager, a couple of caretakers and Kevin Blackwell.

Its a load of rubbish.

In 14 years we have had only 7 permanent managers, it just depends who you include and what time span. Media only include caretakers to sensationalize the news.

Yep, it's surprising how many times cause and effect gets mixed up.

Not that regularly sacking managers can be a good thing. But sticking with shite ones is worse.

It's not picking the shit ones that's the problem, it's not giving them time then rushing into choosing the next one. Why hire a manager, let him begin to create a squad then sack him, club's a joke!

David Weir would have been sacked from every club in the country. He chose to buy lots of players. He chose to be inflexible on style. He chose to play players like Williams. He refused to chase games that were lost.

There is nothing of a joke about sacking 6% Davey and his non football. Admitting you're wrong is an admirable trait.
