The Prince is struggling to find a kit sponsor for next season. The only credible offers on the table are from betting companies but for obvious reasons he won't accept those. But the club is left with a decision to make because of the takeover saga. If the the takeover goes through then the new owners will sign a deal with the more lucrative betting companies but if it doesn't then we are left trying to scramble around finding a sponsor. It is stick or twist time but either way expect the new kit to be delayed because of this.

Just put two parallel Velcro bands across and then add a panel later in the season when a new sponsor is found ?

We might start the season without a sponsor, but the kit won't be on sale to the supporters until a sponsor is secured.

Would this be a kit that the resident bed wetters will then slate ,and then say the sponsors name looks crap .

Do you have your phone on standby ready to jump in with a negative comment !!!
I’ve been incredibly positive for weeks now. One bad comment all the usual lot jump down my throat 😂.

I’ve bogged up every potential signing.

One slight criticism of the club this is the reaction we get.

I forgot we can never say a bad word about our amazing owners.

Especially when the OP has just made this up with absolutely no inside knowledge. Funnily enough three debate we had last season, recycled.
Hes from Donny, Donny and "Knowledge", dont really go hand in hand from experience of working over there.

Just found it strange to slag the club/owner off, on a thread where the owner is refusing a betting sponsor on our shirts.
His stance isn’t a problem in regards to a betting sponsor. But surely this should have been done and organised months ago?

So now you can concede it’s less strange “to slag the club / owner” now.

I could find a shirt sponsor in a day and so could the club's commercial department Whether they can get one that generates the income they want is another question. At this stage they have to weigh this against getting shirts done that will be another revenue stream.
